Prices and fees, explained
For customers
You pay the fixed price on your quote. There's no booking fee and no extra charge for the mechanic coming to you. Your card is held when you book and only charged once you approve the finished work.
For mechanics
£5.00
per completed booking. That's our whole fee.
No commission on the job value. No subscription. No joining fee. If a job is cancelled, there's no fee.
Card processing is charged by our payment provider and passed to the mechanic at cost – currently about 1.5% + £0.20 on a standard UK card. We don't add anything on top.
